Large set-build space in South Yorkshire just off the M1; currently the largest single stage on offer in the North of England at 48,000 sq ft (up to 38 ft height), with a second 30,000 sq ft props store that can also be utilised for set builds (up to 21 ft height). The site offers an extensive range of office space and storage, 24,000 sq/ft in total across four floors; from individual offices to open-plan work spaces and a large board room suitable for read-throughs and production meetings. Recent projects to film at Peregrine Film and Television Studio include Screen Yorkshire backed feature films Hope Gap and Official Secrets.
Peregrine Film and Television Studio is located close to the major motorway network – 15 minutes from the M1 (J36) and 10 minutes from the A1 (J37), 30 minutes drive from Sheffield, and 40 from Leeds and within 2 hours from Kings Cross, via a direct fast train straight into Doncaster. Both studios come with roller door access, parking and attached production offices. Workshop tools, forklifts, cherry pickers are also available on site. Costume Storage and Laundry facilities on site, with 500kva electricity supply.
