Screen Yorkshire is issuing an Invitation to Tender, for the purpose of commissioning an Independent Mid-Term Evaluation of key elements of its activity related to its 5 year strategy for growing the screen industries in Yorkshire and Humber. This evaluation will examine Screen Yorkshire’s progress in delivering against various Measures of Success and Performance Indicators. The Measures of Success and Performance Indicators are set out in an Agreement between Screen Yorkshire and the British Film Institute (BFI)

Tenders are invited from individuals, companies or consortia with a track record in evaluation relating to the screen sector, and an up to date knowledge of the screen sector in Yorkshire and Humber.

The full scope of the proposed Evaluation Report will be made available to those wishing to tender and who can demonstrate experience in the key areas outlined above.
