BOXmedia Studios work at Durham University for Spectrecom Films Ltd helped Spectrecom to a gold award in the recruitment category at the International Visual Communications Association (IVCA) Awards 2008 in London.

IVCA Awards are recognised internationally as marks of excellence for effective business communication in corporate video, live events, interactive media projects, business television and websites.

BOXmedia Studios are based in Roundhay Leeds and have an award winning team producing original and creative work ranging from broadcast TV to music promos, graphic sequence to training and promotional films.

Winning an IVCA Award really matters, bringing enhanced profile and substantial business benefits. The Awards set a standard of excellence and introduce clients to programmes and projects which have made a significant impact on business. As past recipients will testify, there is no higher accolade for creativity, originality, production expertise and sheer effectiveness.

Winners are presented before an audience of commissioners, government representatives, industry colleagues and the media at a Gala Awards Ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, held every spring.
