Screen Yorkshire and Game Republic are hosting a games investor event as part of the Eurogamer Expo in London on October 1st. Games Invest 2010 is an opportunity for games companies to find out more about games investment and meet investors.

The Game Republic Student Showcase was held on Tuesday 25th May at the University of Huddersfield - a yearly event that gives all final-year and postgraduate games students from Yorkshire and Humber a fantastic opportunity to put their coursework in front of the region's games companies - and hopefully win a prize and a work placement.
