York Minster

Built over a period of 250 years York Minster is an architectural and artistic masterpiece. The first church on these grounds was built in 627 with the cathedral that has become today's Minster being completed by the Normans in 1100. Elizabeth starring Cate Blanchett was shot here in recent years.
